Tigers, Roosters and Panthers may also go backwards.
Dragons pack looks soft without Costigan and Smith.
Cowboys should improve, as should the Sharks.
Warriors are a sneaky show.
Dogs don't look much with Hodgkinson and Keating / Roberts in the halves.

Seriously, when u think about it, it really comes down to one thing.......Injuries.....
People laugh at the rabbits, but in all honesty, they got savaged by injuries late in the season..they lost so many players....If they didnt,, they make the 8.
People give me a hard time about luck, but seriously, thats what it all is really, luck....in particular injuries and bounce of the ball (just ask the Titans and panthers)..
Any team can make the 8 if they have a great year regarding injuries..any of those teams, maybe except Sharks, but even then they may scrape into the 8......
Rabbits lost Asotasi, Burgess, Taylor, Sutton, Luke, Geddes....
Comparing a like for like, if the dragons lost Weyman, Creagh, Costigan, Smith and say Soward.....Do they win the comp? 
Timing as well.....I know the dragons lost Fien, but that was at the start of the year.....
Not only injuries, but the timing of the injuries....
Look at the storm the last few years.....can anyone remember if and when Slater, Cronk, Inglis and Smith were injured?
I can only really remember Inglis being injured for a about 4-5 weeks during the 09 season...
That Storm team has been so blessed with injuries.Thats what it all is, injuries......

When was the last time Billy Slater missed an extended period of time?
When was the last time Cam Smith missed extended time? Inglis?
has Cooper Cronk ever been injured?
Dont look at the storm last season, cause if they had a sore finger they wouldnt play.
Look at the years they were in all the GF's........they were blessed with injuries.
It all comes down to injuries.......and injuries are luck....no one knows when they will come and no one knows when they dont...
