both teams pretty poor defensively main threat of this is roosters not scoring points but they should get a few here with warriors missing alot of tackles

When you know your team, you know your team.  I always bet on the Chooks after they get their ass beat.  They are not fade-able on the mental side.  Very strong bounce-back team.

Defence IMO is a better tool for capping totals than offense. Raiders have leaked an average of 16.5 per game and Cowboys have let in only 17.5 giving us only 34 per game.

True there is strike power. To answer you question, Cowbys are scoring 21 per game and Raiders 20.3 so thats still below the total without considering the 34 defense.
