Shitty round last time out. This one looks a little more promising, will find out soon enough.

Manly Sea Eagles at South Sydney Rabbitohs

The play...

Sea Eagles $1.87 (2 units)

Not one to step in front of trains and the Seagles are rolling like one right now. Saw enough defensive lapses from the Bunnies the last couple of weeks to know it's more than just simply slotting Inglis back in there in order to fix it. Gonna take a little time to reintegrate him back into the line-up and get back to playing like the 'well oiled machine' they were in the early rounds. Think the loss of the Pom is significant, Sam is the 'testicles' (he provides the aggression) of the Souths pack. Choc playing and Manly have a decent record at Bluetoungue. Souths got the lollies last time, Seagles return the favor tonight...

Manly haven't beaten a top 4 team all year, They in the last 5 weeks have played the Eels twice, Tigers, Titans and Warriors.

I have never seen a team that has had so many lucky tries in those as well.

Will be close, I really liked Souths, but now that Choc is back I am still thinking. But Manly's recently form is smoke and mirrors IMO.

But they've beaten those 'weak' teams soundly and that's what a good side does. If Manly weren't serious about this game, Choc would have had the week off. Think they're out to dispel that 'haven't beaten any top teams' thing tonight...

Both teams a bit banged up but the Doggies are on a short turnaround and have lost arguably their two best forwards. Raiders have the more mobile and attacking Sam Williams filling in for the corpse that is Terry Campese, definite upgrade. Canberra got rolled, bowled and assholed the last time they played on their home patch and should be motivated like a mofo in front of their faithful this arvo. Reckon they get up by plenty...

Is a scary spread but over-analyzing the NRL lines often proves pointless.

Can only think it's the absence of Campo who aside from Ferguson is the only other 'well known' Raider, I know a few lamens who are iffy about the Raiders because the 'chrome dome' isn't there. Plus they have also lost two straight, got raped by 60 points last time at home and the Dogs are higher on the ladder, more 'high profile' and slightly sexier to the average punter

The line last night somewhat screamed Manly and we know how that turned out...

Campese has the best kicking game for the Raiders bar none. He also has that composure and is a calming influence on the team. While he isn't what he used to be, he definitely is still a very good player.

Blake Ferguson OUT!

He was not only the Raiders best player last week in his comeback, but the best player on the whole park against the Roosters, by a mile

Fensom is also out...Raiders are a very average team and he is not only the Raiders best defender, but one of the best in the NRL...He does so much scrap work and cleans up so many missed tackles, and he is out....That is a big loss.

This is the homer in me talking now.....

Powers that be are structuring the 8. No doubt. Questionable calls has been the theme of the weekend thus far.

Knew the Raiders play was fcuked when I heard Blake was out. He was responsible for all of the Canberra points last week.

NRL is what it is...

If the Warriors had any pride, they should be out to return serve on the Panthers and massacre them after what Penrith did to them 2 months ago.

Yep, makes sense, a Panthers team that has been belted at home 2 games in a row, missing there 2 best defensive players going on the road against a Warriors team where logically you would think they had pencilled this game for a while. This Warriors team beat a full strength Storm team at home and narrowly lost to the sharks.....

Did you see the Panthers first try? LOL, the ball went 5 metres forward right in front of the touchy..play on.

I did not bet on this game.

I think you will see a few results like this in the last few weeks of the reg season, especially from teams out of contention. You will see these players collect some cash as a bonus for end of season holidays for there families...

Why not, the roosters did it and got away with it...Who is going to catch them and stop them?

The worst for me was Cronk not going to the bin.

That was cheating in its finest form. He goes to the bin and Knights win that game i reckon. 

Rules again changed from day to day. Sam williams try overturned and then same thing was given a try yesterday

Cmon guys,..It was Cooper Cronk...he couldn't have done something wrong...Just like Cam Smith and Slater...if there is anything 50.50, the refs give them the benefit of the doubt as it is impossible for them to do something wrong.
