Going a little 'contrarian'. All the sexy stats, numbers and better overall form are on the Bunnies side tonight but I'm gonna ride with the more desperate team off a loss by less than a try. Weather and short turnaround by the Rabbitoh stars may help my cause...

ONE change for Souths, with Chris McQueen left out after representing the Maroons in Origin II on Wednesday night.

Ben Lowe has been elevated to the starting side and Josh Starling takes his spot on the bench.

If you have a look at the Raiders wins in recent weeks...Blake Ferguson has played an absolutely massive role in these weeks...especially him under the high ball...

He is a huge huge loss for them.

Surprised you wouldn't think the refs make this a game. Line opened at 12.5 and is now at 10.5 at some respected outlets.

Shitty teams with some heart normally lift when up against the 'best'.

All I've heard is how bad the Raiders are on the road. 1-8 they say...

The reason why the line came in is because of the weather....They think the west weather brings the teams closer together...

I am waiting for a 2nd half hit, Souths leading 18-2 with 8 mins to go in the 2nd half...

Raiders 2nd half might be a good bet here...Souths should clock off in the 2nd half.

Blake Ferguson is there spark plug. Raiders are devoid of ideas, and normally put up bombs and he plucks things out of his behind...Raiders don't have that when he is not in the side,

Guess bad weather makes bad teams 'badder'.

Still give the Raiders a slight hope in the 2nd half. Their forwards have absolutely no footwork though. A step here or there at the Bunnies line would have resulted in a try.

Stats have read true so far. No place for 'contrarian' bets in the NRL where parity does not exist...

Under has already been molested......

I don't understand one thing...As soon as I put up the option, its already been hit....How can this be? Are they offering odds to certain people before everyone else?

Or are the immediately putting $1.70 because they think its going to go under? If this is the case, why don't they just adjust the points so it can be 1.90 each way...
