Playing the 'chalky' reduced line. Think Manly get the 13+ but don't mind buying a little 'insurance'. Sharkies off-field dramas starting to creep onto the field, they may lift here though given most are writing them off but without Carney I can't see them troubling the scoreboard keeper too much. Seagles are the number 1 defensive unit in the comp as we stand right now.
Manly 21-9 ATS last 3 seasons at home (avg. margin of victory is 11 points). Manly are 11-6 ATS at home when favored by 10+. Manly 19-9 ATS last 3 seasons with 8 or more days rest between games.
Seagles 9-2 ATS in day games conversely the Sharks are 8-2 ATS in the same spot...

Okay, auditing alias. Nice of you to create a 'Covers' alter-ego to 'call me out'.
Rushed it out on Friday to get the play in before kick-off, would have corrected it come the next round.

And thank fcuk I 'bought the points' with the Seagles.
Whole point of the refs was to keep Manly from covering the spread 10+ onward with a special 'shout-out' to Jamie Lyon (bet 'Centrebet' supplied his boots).
Sorry to those that lost on the Seagles with that garbage which seems to be becoming the 'norm' with these large spreads. 'Fcukery' is alive and well in the NRL...

Our item last week, in which we revealed Waterhouse spent time in the Manly sheds after the win over the Bulldogs, raised the ire of the rival bookmakers. While he used his media pass to get through the doors on this occasion, it's understood it's not the first time Waterhouse has entered the inner sanctum - he did the same thing last year as a guest of his friend, Manly chairman Scott Penn.

Nadeem Ghauri, the Pakistan umpire, has been handed a four-year ban by the PCB after its integrity committee found him guilty of being willing to accept money for favourable umpiring decisions. His colleague Anis Siddiqi was banned for three years.
The allegations against the umpires first came up after a television sting operation last year. The PCB set up an inquiry committee soon after and passed on its findings to the board's integrity committee to determine the punishments.
The sting, broadcast by India TV, claimed to have "exposed" several first-class umpires from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan who were allegedly willing to give decisions favouring players for a fee. In the sting, conducted in July and August 2012, the reporters claimed to belong to a sports management company and promised the umpires officiating assignments in events of all kinds around the world, largely domestic Twenty20 leagues.
