Got cake last night with the Bunnies.

Manly Sea Eagles at Brisbane Broncos

The play...

Broncos -3.5 at $1.82 (2 units)

Putting this one in early because of the nice line I'm getting. Doncs open the season in front of a sellout crowd at Suncorp which should buoy them a little. Neither team showed much form in the trials, do think Brisbane has a decent advantage up front over Manly which will create the rollover they need. Numbers say the Seagles are the play given recent history but I had to play the home team in this spot...

Yep, agreed, no way the eagles win the penalty count, refs going up there to penalise the f##ck out of the Eagles....

Refs get on, there friends get on and there families get on...and they all win $$$.

The NBA couldnt catch Donaghy, you think the donkeys at the NRL can catch corrupt refs?

When referees bet on games, there is nothing anyone can do about it....It happens, they are human beings, you cant watch a game without gambling being mentioned.You dont think refs, there friends and families dont want a piece of it?

Penalties 8-3......

5th tackle, something we see every night that doesn tget penalised, nope, itds a penalty....completely subjective.....

They cant chance Manly to win the refs, they cant risk there bets

Guess Waterhouse may not be having fish and chips after all. Like he said, all the money was on the 'Sportingbet' Doncos.

Brisbane spread bets are all but over...

As i said, see what happens?

There are limits to the refs though......The penalty count was 8-3 at half time...They cant finish it 15 penalties.

The refs are f##cked now. Simply becayse they know they are going to try and Brisbane back to the game, but they already had a lopsided penalty count to them.

Manly did the same thing to the Warriors last season. Masters of the 'ambush'.

Surprised the Doncs garbage the bed as rapidly as they did though. Definite tale of two halves...

I seem to remember last year that the Donks couldn't play a full 80 and had probs putting teams away. Nothing has changed.

In hindsight, the books weren't gonna lose a few truckloads of money on consecutive nights after the Bunnies routed the safe last night.

Gotta get back into the swing of things.

Penalties aren't coming, Rostos.

If the refs were all over Brisbane, now would be the opportune time to start blowing the whistle...

The problem is, the ref gave the Broncos 9 penalties already.......Are they going to blow another 5? Too obvious.
