Geoff Toovey strikes me as someone who will be a absolute retard as a coach,wouldn't be shocked if Manly miss the 8

Nah, manly will make the 8, but they wont win it this year.....They will probbaly get knocked out the first week.....
Cronulla is someone to keep an eye on.....Tat team has always had issues scoring points..Carney will fix that up.....
They have some good fast strong backs and also have Gallen.......
Keep an eye on them......
I think Souths will struggle.......They will be better defensively but will struggle to score points.

You guys need to extremely careful of making big predictions for Todd Carney and the Sharks. The guy is a ticking time bomb, a disaster waiting to happen. It's just a matter of how many weeks the Sharks can get out of him before he blows it again

About a month ago my brother was leaving Bondi and he was at the traffic lights....He said Carney came up to the car, stuck his head in the car, he was that drunk he was talking to my brother for about a minute thinking he was someone else before he realised......

yeah they've lost a core of good hard nosed players over the last season and bit (Preston, Laffranchi, Myers, Friend, Rogers et al). I'd like to think they're only a good number 6 away from being a genuine top eight chance but even if Zillman or Jordan Rankin can make a decent fist of it, Scotty Prince is still a real puzzle imo.
His form STUNK last year and from what I saw in the All Star game not much had changed.

I've already called Todd up and promised him a bottle when his Sharks come back into Sydney for the Roosters clash. He's was happy to hear he'd be welcomed back.
