I didn't bet this comp much last year but finished behind on the few bets I had. Hope to turn that around this year.
Perth did extraordinarily well last season making the GF but have a tough re-match to kick the season off. Brisbane have Gill and Higgers to ensure their fair share of ball tonight and their backs look to have a stack of points in them. Brisbane will have their sights set on a bonus point (scoring 3 or more tries more than the opposition in NRC) and I think they have the backs to do it, not to mention Higgers scoring his obligatory try. I really can't see that 2 converted tries will be enough for Perth away from home. Looking forward to the Kerevi/Hunt combo reeking havoc in midfield.
For me it's Brisbane -15.5 @ $1.87.
