22,000 people rocked up in the last game of the season on a Saturday night to watch two finals bound teams.
Clear that North supporters have rebelled against the club's decision to not renew the contracts of 4 of their senior players, most notably Boomer.
They can justify it all they like, reality is Boomer, despite his age, is one of their best players and would be a valuable asset at any club. Still has speed, always makes the right decision, finds the ball, kicks goals, not sure what else the man can do to get a game.

haha thanks T2 but AFL is all I know (at least I think I do!).
I am not angry at the lost bet, I'm just baffled as to what went down this week at that football club. I'm yet to see anyone side with the Kangaroos, their decision and the timing of it

100% peekay. If I was a player I wouldn't want to be there. Like you said Harvey is better than most of the team, how can a number stop him from being able to play in your team when it's never affected him before. Also North Melbourne are basically saying they can't win the premiership this year by cutting them. Because if they did win the premiership this year then you wouldn't cut them would you. I know their 8th so it's almost impossible for them to win the flag but you don't tell your club and supporters that.

Why a club would come out one week before the finals and tell both their supporters and the world that they are delisting 4 of their long time players, one of them being one of their, if not best player and all time games record holder is baffling.

Brayshaw and Scott both have a lot to answer for in the way the club has handled the delisting of the veterans.

I'll back Scott here, and not the club necessarily... But the players demanded an answer now, and the club accommodated them out of respect, which I admire frankly.
The club did nothing to sully anything, imho, because it never had a chance to progress in these finals. Anyone who says differently is an idiot, with all due respect of course.
Unlike the Doggies, North has been a warmed over pile of dogshit this season, due in no small part to Petrie and the other two (not Boomer, mostly)
