Believe the Manly one was after the result though.

NRL Mon: Souths (-11.5) @ $3.10 on PYOL is right in play 2nite for those chasing it back after few mad results!

May have to hold my nose and bet them.

Too much Bunny money when there is nothing to go on besides the team lists. Anasta out may actually help the Chooks cause. 1st real game of the season, all the Chooks need to do is run the Bunnies big pack ragged and they're a good chance to pull the 'upset'...

Still doesn't explain all the big money coming in on the Bunnies when NO INFORMATION was available.

Obviously, whoever was betting big IS CONNECTED and if they are connected, then they ain't gonna be betting five-figures like a pack of morons.  They will be backing the side that they got the info on.

Having prior knowledge that Anasta is out wouldn't be big enough news to start dropping $10k+ unless they knew other things and THEY KNEW THE BUNNIES WERE THE CORRECT SIDE.

True, but I can't see the books giving out $2.20 or $2.30 on the Roosters for nothing.

Most shocking thing is people perceiving Anasta to be any good and worth such plunge on him being out.

Rookie coach and rookie half combo for the Bunnies isn't something I'd be too comfortable with in the 1st game of the season. Need time to gel...

Morts was in better form during the trials than Anasta anyway. Wabbits have only won 3 opening round matches in the last 100 years - true stat...
