wuzzup guys hope you all had a great weekend. I did make some profit on sat games but lost some of them when I punted over in Broncos/Doggie game, oh well it was just 1 try shy. ref called held up at the end imo it should have been a benefit of the doubt try lolz.

    Shark @ Knight:
funny things happen in Monday night footy, an insider here would be that the company that my gf works for has already made playoff version jersey and supporter gears for west tiger. With all the "fixes", I doubt refs is gonna let any 1 threat west tiger's 8 spots!. I know it sounds funny but Eel just got hacked by ref last monday night. so is the dragon this week lol.

On to the match, Shark looks like that they have got themselves out of the trouble after thrashing the warrior last week, Gladiator Gallen and Carney are in form. The knight has dominated shark recently but they are still the new castle knight, and I can see sharkies muscles up for a sweet revenge of round 3 loss, and knowing their top 4 hope is still alive, they should not hold back.

Uate has been quite good recently, but we will never forget about him letting cooper cronk's bomb bounce on the ground and eventually led to a try. This dude will have his brain snapped soon or later lol.

Shark line +2 & Shark PK . See you guys in game tonight!

Not saying anything is fixed but it's better for the game to have lots of teams with a chance, That's why half the teams make the finals

Put an asterisk by the Dragons loss. That was wholehearted, unfathomed Tigger love by the lads in pink. Game turned with the foolish introduction of Soward but the refs made sure they got Wests over the finish line. To say they're killing off the other contenders in games not involving the Tigers though, is crazy talk.

Stern wouldn't allow the playoffs to be minus LeBron as the NRL wouldn't Bunjie...

Okay so if the NRL wanted more teams in, the Tigers would have lost.... right? You can't make exceptions to the rule, surely...

I wonder if Rostos put as much time into researching his plays, instead of shouting corruption, he might break even for the season.. He even makes halftime bets without watching the game!

There is ONLY so much a ref can do...........What the fuck can the ref if the Warriors are missing simple one on one tackles?

THe refs gave the Raiders a leg up yesterday........and tonight Newcastle will recieve the same......

We absolutely dominated the Knights last week, DOMINATED in every way, yet they won the penalty count 6-2

Stern wouldn't allow the playoffs to be minus LeBron as the NRL wouldn't Bunjie...

There is NO WAY ON GODS GREEN EARTH that the dogs will win the penatly count this Friday night against the Tigers.....NO WAY.......

Danny Buderis was caught on the 5th tackle down the blind side, with all his team mates screaming its the last, the ball comes out and its a penalty against the dogs.......

Yep, Bedsy was trying to hold the ball , he wasnt trying to get rid of it......of course he wasnt being 5th tackle and all........

    Knights score next set.......

The NRL would love nothing more than a SOuths TIgers GF..Nothing more.....The refs would have been fuming on Friday night when Manly were winning the game yet the Rabbits were up on the penalties 5-1.....This was the situation at the 50th minute mark....The refs would have loved nothing more than keep on blowing the penalties for Souths to come back, but given the exposure Des put them under during the week, it was too risky....The count end up 10-1....

Manly BENT the Souths line time after time on Friday, but still only recieved 1 penalty all game.......

So let's say a team is clearly infringing... like the roosters do every game.. Is the ref meant to ignore this? as the count must be even, as you say.

Rostos.. on this basis, you'll make a killing tonight... Plow that $1.80

I'm on the sharks however... refs against them or not.

There are far better ways to control the outcome than penalty counts, Such as ruck speed and a bigger or smaller 10 meter.

Again i am not saying they do this but that would be the way to do it

Look, a ref or refs CANNOT 100% make a team win. Absolutely not. What they do is, they tilt the % to who they want to win.

The ruck is a very very subjective thing, technically, you can almost blow a penalty on every tackle pretty much.

Look at the last 10 years of the correlation between teams that win the game and teams that win the penalty count...It will be pretty high.....

The sharks have a much much better roster than the Knights, especially in the forwards. The only thing from saving me from hitting the sharks is the refs.,

Crowd raises its voice and then a penalty gets blown...Very obvious....No way the sharks win the count tonight.....NO WAY.

No way they win the penalty count? well, better tell the Knights to behave then.... 3 penalties can be given within a minute which makes the count lobsided... but surely you don't need any more explanation..

Do you take possession % into account? Being the team with more possession is likely to give away less penalties etc etc.. which tackle they are given on. Tackle one, means nothing really..

Money coming for the sharks, so does that mean the refs haven't placed their newcastle bets yet?

Just looked at shark's next 3 round opponents, bunnies(home), storm(away) and cowboy(home). The shark now sits at 6 with 27 points. If they don't fire up tonight and beat this very winnable new castle knight, their chance of losing 2 out of last 3 matches are fairly great.

On the other hand, raider will meet rooster, then bulldog and warrior. they could take 2 out of those 3 home, maybe even 3 out of 3 if their odds against doggie is high enough lolz

Titan meets eel, panthers and manly. i guess 2 out of 3 is easy for them and they could smash manly as well.

so if they do lose tonight, they are in a great danger of dropping out of the top 8.
