If Wests Tigers are lucky enough to escape the injury bug for the majority of the season and they don't go over 12.5 wins they should more then likely be shot in the kneecaps

I've not looked into luxbet as a sportsbook. Any idea what their limits are like for domestic rugby, league and AFL?

Not sure with the limits with sport re Luxplod(never really bet there much) but they have tightened the reins with their racing product.They will take sharp action to lose $5,000 to $10,000 (metro) at the best fluc and will generally bet fixed prices to lose around $5,000 to $6,000
