Leaning:
Hawks Bay -4.5 5 units @ $1.90
For now just going to leave at a lean. Want to have a further thin kabout the game but for the moment like the bay boys to get the win. They have been impressive since the first up loss and all they need is a decent lead going to the 2nd half and they have it in the bag. The HAbour boys have been poor and are struggling for form.

Well for me this is going to be a high scoring game as have all the habour games. The habour team have the ablilty to score points at will but there D is very poor and they have let in more than they can score. The Bay have been good on attack as well but do lack disapline in D and therefore will give up points as well. Look for the game to be similar to last night with many tries and points.

Well for me this is going to be a high scoring game as have all the habour games. The habour team have the ablilty to score points at will but there D is very poor and they have let in more than they can score. The Bay have been good on attack as well but do lack disapline in D and therefore will give up points as well. Look for the game to be similar to last night with many tries and points.
Well we have the 2 games tonight and one being the shield mach and should be a very good and well contested game.

Well for mind the mooloo men will come out hard and fast. After a shake up at the hands of the BOP steames they will come out switched on and should take the tasman team to the cleaners tonight. They have had a shake up with 10 changes and the team will know what they have to do. This tasman squad is yet to win a game and do not travel well. They had the sunday game and more rest but for me that will not make a difference. They had a very physical game and will be slightly hurting.
Southland/Counties under 39.5 5 units @ $1.80
Well this game should be a low scoring slogg feast. The Stags will be playing in the same fashion they did last year with the shield. Keep the game in the middle third of the field and take the 3 points when it is offered. Should be very cold down there and that will also playinto their hands. They will want to keep the ball away from the outside backs of the Counties boys. The Stags are 0-1 on totals outside their confrence games and the counties boys are also 0-1.

They just play at another level and they should have to much for the counties boys tonight. Both teams have had a good amount of rest and should be up for the game but just think with the very cold conditions the stags should play the game better suited to them and easy out the win in the last 20 mins.

Well this game is going to be very close and should be decided by 7 points or less imo. yes the canterbury boys are at home but the turbos have been very impressive to start the season and should go down there and compete well today. They have been very good and shown a lot of heart to start the season. Leaning towards throwing couple units on the Su win.
