ITM Cup opener

Had a great season on the punt in this comp last year and hopefully that will continue.

While Invercargill is unquestionably a tough place for visitors, I think Auckland should have far too much class for the locals in the season opener. Auckland being posted as an $8 chance to win the Premiership against Southland as an $11 chance to take the Championship supports this view. The Stags will be pumped after the Highlanders success and with Dixon in the side will be no pushover but a converted try just doesn't seem enough to me.

I'm kicking off the ITM with Auckland -6.5 @ $1.80

That said, I prefer -6.5 @ $1.80 rather than -7.5 @ $1.90

I'd rather be on over 48.5 than under 48.5, but I won't be on either.
