OK....I did the doozy.  Took Chopper's advice and HARDENED THE %$#@ UP!!!

Three games to go and I'm gonna bank this.

So, I NEED EVERYONE IN THIS THREAD with their POSITIVE JU-JU!!!  And I mean EVERYONE who frequents the Rugby Forum.

To start with, post a single post with just a single moneybag ().  Then, post again if you would like to give your well wishes.  Hopefully this thread lasts for four weeks and becomes as AWESOME as it gets due to England bringing home the Slam.

    OK, without further delay...............

    LET'S GET THIS STARTED!!!!

Just watched some of the 2009 England v. France match.

Amazing how the English side has changed.  A lot of talent in there, but so raw and unpolished.  Monye and Armitage (both of them) comes to mind.  And a lot of the old, rough-up veterans who have since moved on.  Seems like just the other day, but too easy to forget how England was in a selection panic mode almost every test.

Seems like the young guns MJ has now are much more refined than those of just a few years ago.  Ashton, Youngs, Foden, etc.  Playing beyond their years right now.

Hopefully we can see a similar result as 2009 on Saturday.

    French side for Saturday:

France: 15 Maxime Medard, 14 Yoann Huget, 13 Aurelien Rougerie, 12 Yannick Jauzion, 11 Vincent Clerc, 10 Francois Trinh-Duc, 9 Dimitri Yachvili, 8 Sebastien Chabal, 7 Imanol Harinordoquy, 6 Thierry Dusautoir (c), 5 Lionel Nallet, 4 Julien Pierre, 3 Nicolas Mas, 2 William Servat, 1 Thomas Domingo.

    Replacements:
16 Guilhem Guirado, 17 Sylvain Marconnet, 18 Jerome Thion, 19 Julien Bonnaire, 20 Morgan Parra, 21 Damien Traille, 22 Clement Poitrenaud.

    ---

Wow.  This is good news for England.  Lievremont dropped Parra to the bench!!!!  Ireland might be 0-2, definitely 1-1, if it wasn't for him!!!  He is heaps better than Yachvili!!!  He organizes the backs better, makes quicker and more intelligent decisions, and his motivational ability is in clear form as the French seem to become disinterested the moment he is taken off the pitch.  The only thing I can see is Lievremont wanting to put him on as a super substitute.  Still, he needed to start, in my opinion.

Medard is also doubtful now too, picking up an injury.  Huge loss for the French if he cannot play.

Clerc coming back into the XV was long overdue and I don't like to see that, as I think he is one of France's most dynamic, game-changing players.

On the whole, I am happy with this French selection (from the English point-of-view).

    COME ON ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yachvili more experienced and consistent than Parra. Will need that when playing away from Home, that is why the change

The CrazyFrenchman is here!!!  Thread just got even more epic!!!

Yachvili might be more experienced, but so is Wilkinson over Flood and we know why Wilkinson is not starting on the field.  Parra is playing better right now than Yachvili and France would have lost versus Ireland if it wasn't for him.  I still think that isn't a good move for the French.

I do love the Clerc move though.  He would have started in Round One if it was up to me.

Going to be a cracker of a match!!!

And, of course, nothing personal Crazy Frenchman, England will come out victorious.

Well, it's official.  Medard is out and in comes Poitrenaud.  Big loss for France.  Medard is a proven asset while Poitrenaud is a bit inconsistent and a little spastic.  Never know what you'll get with him.

Then again, Chabal is getting a starting nod this Saturday as well, so why the hell not.

Lievremont throwing in the towel subconsciously?

    COME ON ENGLAND!!!
