Cowboys -2.5. I'm ignoring their lacklustre start and maybe Raiders are better than I thought. In any case I'm tipping on gut feeling about these 2 sides and how they'll fare in the comp and I have little doubt that Nth Qld are the better team and will go further. I expected the line to be more than a converted try so I'll happily take the -2.5.
Dockers -7.5. The huge volume of Collingwood supporters have forced a great line for Dockers. Were last years runners up and tossing almost that same side onto the paddock tonight. Are no longer just a home side and should be a 3 goal favourite in this one. Might also have a sprinkle on 13+ and 16+ to try to squeeze a few extra bucks from the book.
No rugby bet tonight. Would have taken Chiefs if line was under a converted try but I think they've got it about right and I can't understand Fruean not starting. No idea on the Rebels/Crusaders game after both sides form to date. Liking Canes tomorrow but will wait on the weather and tonights results.
