Also if the race was fixed or there was something sus why are they still offering him like 25k and wouldn't the greyhound racing board be investigating trainers and owners etc

Bet 365 have just spent millions on millions in advertising getting Hollywood actors (which would be fucking expensive) to infiltrate local and international markets. Spending so much money to increase there presence and they wont spend $73k on a payout?

Why spend millions on millions in trying to penetrate a market, create an impression and get household Hollywood actors to create trust with bettors and throw all that money and work out the window for $73k?

I know nothing at all about Dog racing.....but someone once in the industry told me that if they wanted a Dog to tank, the trainers or whoever put a much larger amount of salt in its food in the morning or something like that, so it gets very thirsty and it will start drinking large amounts of water, thereby increasing its water retention, it becomes heavier and not as fast.......

I know shit all about racing, I have a small flutter on whatever races are coming up next if I've got an itch.
Anyway, so the race was fixed so some fat bogans first 4 combo could hit 5 times?
Was he the only one with inside knowledge who laid the combo on bet365?
All the other agencies took a huge hit on a fixed race from everyone else in the know and the only thing that's being reported is that one punter is being stiffed by bet365 and were caught backdating their TOS. Tom Waterhouse would be going off on TV like Russell Crowe on the piss.
How the hell could they fix a first four with the biggest roughie getting up first? All the owners and trainers would have to be in on it, if it was technically possible and if there was more to it the racing board would be doing something about it and bet365 wouldn't be bloody offering him 1/3 of a payout and they'd be having their say in the media that they have suspicions the race was fixed, as would every other agency who got stung.
I was listening to SEN (sport radio/talkback, not sure if it's Aus wide) in the car the other day and they had some Dr or Mr Turf on, who I gather is some Aussie racing guru, bet365 refused to talk to him, refused to put him through to a manager or media liason officer, he and the SEN hosts were warning all Aussie punters to steer clear of bet365.
