100 % agree. Have had same issues with them. Take your money in an instant and then take so long to pay out. It is bullcrap. Their response when I questioned them about it was that the have bets many to process. Funny how you get paid out a small amount straight away with them but if it's a substantial sum of money then a long waiting game normally occurs.

i was actually thinking about this thread when bet365 took $800 out of
my account yesterday due to a "dispute".. I won 9/10 "next try" bets and
I think they were suspecting me of cheating. they eventually gave my
money back after an hour, but wasn't happy with the experience!

they kicked all the filipinos cause they are good at basketball what a shame
Bet365 (and any other bookie out there) do not need to "screw" people in order to have a positive cash flow. They make plenty of money from all the people that lose. Plus they don't need large sums of money at one any point time, so to screw someone would be silly.
I'm not with bet365 so I'm not here to sway anyone in a direction but I am saying a certain few winners doesn't make the whole company think shit and decide to screw people over.

That's the thing though. You were with them for 4-5 years beforehand and never had any problem, now you really don't like them after an incident. I understand people bet lots of money around the world, I saw someone cash a 70K UFC ticket on the underdog Tate to beat Holms, crazy. Anyways, it's not good to beat that amount. No one should do it and the fact that people do doesn't mean other people should be allowed too. Some people can't handle no limits and eventually kill themselves. Now I'm not saying you are that person at all but maybe bet365 have got this kind of rule now. I'm not sure.
Regardless I'm actually on your side t2. You're a good guy. I just find it a little strange you really dislike them after being with them for so long but I hear what you are saying.

Had $100 on Yes to 40/20 on the Wests Tigers/Manly Sea Eagles game. They set the result as "Lost" even though Brooks kicked one just before end of half time.
