1400m first up but she has been trialing very well in syd. Watched them and it looks like Gerald Ryan trains her now and seems to have worked her out, and has her in peak condition for this. Did have a solid 3yo season. Did win last prep at 1300m after 63 day break.

Will lead all the way. Worse case = box seat and go to front with a couple length break and fight on strong for the win.

Looks primed for a big one.

I got her @ $12.

Hoping Hauraki can improve and finally measure up and sneak 2nd win in last 10.

Really like Rising Romance -- You need luck in racing. Only 2 barriers left for him to draw 2 or 22........... HE CHOSE 2. ( bit of luck ). Perfect barrier for a front runner. Went very close last year with an unsuitable tempo. It looks a similar race and she will have every chance with an on speed run. Was a great run in the Makybe Diva and last start in Turnbull was caught 3-wide no cover, but good for fitness just the same. I think she will be primed and ready to deliver today. In good at the weights too.

I got both @ $10. So either one is a great result.

Nice runs by the place getters in Caul. Cup for the Melb. Cup. Grand Marshal might be a big improver.

Get the picture was a nice run too for the Victoria Derby.
