Battler's NSW Origin Side

I think Stewart had a bad game today. He looked lost sometimes under the high ball. I honestly would Take Mini at fullback for safety factor. 2 players i forgot were Leyroy Lahrs or watever his name is. I think he will get picked on then bench so take Snowden out and put him in. I really wouldnt be suprised if they picked MATEO in jersey 17.

Don't really like this NSW team!

I hadn't thought about mateo as the utility but i like it, I'm not a fan of Lahrs.

Which changes would you make kiwi? 

 

Lucky theres 3 auto selections that was well documented.

Gallen, Gidley, Jennings.

 

Gidley is gone. So we just have to accept the fact that he will be chosen. The QLD selectos would select the same team no matter what form a player had been in. Darius Boyd has had a awful season but he still will be selected no matter what. Lahrs is a big body needed for origin.

That could work to. Although because of NSW 2nd row ball playing heavy options in Watmough, Stewart, Creagh, Bird, Lewis they may play one of them as a speacial defensive centre to mark G.I or Hodges. Scott would be the likely choice but maybe he may throw Lewis out there? 

What about Jamie Lyon for a spanner in the works?

Reports this morning that Sewart has the number 1 jersey and Farah has clinched the number 9. So assuming that is correct lets fill in the blanks. Although it may be out of order i think all these forwards are going to be selected

If I was guilty of homerism, I'd have Mullen, Snowden, Houston etc.

Although not sold on Buhrer.

Bird is one of the only NSW guys who has a go, he'd be in my side every time.
