So, tell me if I have this right. Nine will show the football at 8:30pm, after the wedding?

However, the actual wedding starts at 8pm, thats if it starts on time. Then they have to show all the post wedding shit like rocking down the street waving to the old farts and fatties waving the union jack on the side of the road.

Then 9 will show a million fucking ads during the football, which means the second game won't be on until about 11pm, finishing closer to 1am

No wonder the sponsors are pissed at 9. I know one who is furious. 9 committed to showing the football live on Gem, but reneged on advertisers and sponsors.

at least 7 are showing the AFL live on 7mate or 7two

That's why Channel 9 are going to be Channel 7's bitches when the new AFL tv rights is signed.

Channel 9 will only get games that Channel 7 decide to give them.

The footy will start at 8:30 even if the wedding hasnt finished. People who still want to watch the wedding like AB will have to switch to GEM.
