Anyone here use BETFAIR?

How is it?

The TAB are severely restricting my bets, I will have no choice but to leave.

As I understand it, with Betfair, you will never get restricted with them because you are NOT betting against the book bookmaker, rather against other people and the liquidity is generally pretty good.

I had a look at there website, looks pretty good.

Anyone had any experience?

Alright, I have opened a Betfair account, I also opened another account with a book Rod advised.

Seriously, WTF is going on at the TAB.

I spoke to my RM there and he basically said my winning % is too high.

I even tried to place a bet on the league test last week and they reduced it to $80.00?

So basically they only want problem gamblers? How does the government allow this?

Yeah I heard the TAB chairman was lobbying with the govt to stop the overseas players entering...

What do they want? You cant bet with them, you cant bet with the O/S players....they want to run your life?

I heard Packer is buying the rest of Bet fair, and they are also becoming a bookmaker....TAB are going to lose a lot of business.

Between $450-$550

Can I ask, does anyone here use Pinnacle?

I keep hearing they pretty much have the best name in the business, but they aren't licensed here....

Any concerns regarding that?

I looked at there website and they say winning bettors are welcome as they use the weight of money to there advantage in shaping the price or something like that.
