Why are Tigers such strong favourites in this next game?

I would've thought these teams are pretty even.

Tigers lost to the Titans two weeks ago. They're not exactly a great team. Their only wins are against the Sharks and the Dragons. 

Meanwhile the Cowboys aren't exactly great either with their only wins coming against the Bulldogs and the Titans.

Cowboys are paying $2.75. I don't see why it's not closer to even.
