can we trust cans ... this is always tough game to pick
yes saders home very strong and chiefs was so bad last two games..
oh my god blues is down 0-3.. this this game they target to win. sunwolves got lots young ausi/kiwi players.. will it be that easy.. blues will win but only just..
yes brumbies was bad away team.. but this is in ausi.. they will not be that bad..
cans just win 1-12, blues 1-12 for me.. but still not easy..
cans, blues and rebbles game can go wither way..

one says chiefs games would decide either team by 7 points.. which i totally agree... chiefs lost first game home 27-30 to highlanders.. then last week away they scored 28 points vs saders..

my best play this week highlanders +7.5... will say +12.5 free money.. saders won first game vs blues by 2 points and they beat reds by 10 points both away games.. look landers far better team then blues and reds.. if you back landers +7.5 then back saders to win 1-12 too..

This is the time of the year I usually trot out the Storm have not been been beaten in a opener in x years…x being 15 this year. This year however I feel that record is in danger as Siebold being an ex Storm assistant seems to have primed the Broncos up for this match. The return of all their injured stars means this should be one of the matches of the round.
I think the Sharks should take the chocs as they are a more settled team. It will take time for the Knights to get in their groove following the massive team changes in both forwards and backs.
My second pick for matches of the round and I think this will be a great game. Both sides have had decent hitouts pre-season and I think Bennetts Rabbits will have something to prove. My worry is the SCG turf, it is pretty soft as seen last week and I’ll be worried for the power runners in this match in particular GI, Lattrell and Teddy. I say a draw or a very narrow victory to Roosters.
I’m liking Manly against the Tigs. Another close game though that could go either way.
Cowboys to pip the Dragons playing in their humid backyard. Can’t wait for this forward pack matchup but I think Cowboys will have the upper hand in that battle. They lacked one more forward in their rotation last year and Josh Mcguire adds that. Taumalolo, Scott, Mclean, Mcguire.
Honestly can’t pick between Panthers and Eels. No Kikau I think affects the Panthers and they’ve had a lot of scandal. Will pick them off the back of their halves combo.
I’m tipping the Titans for the upset. I think they’ve got a great roster, just a matter of whether their coach can put together a decent game plan for them. Some great young forward coming through and Ash Taylor should finally get some halves help. Raiders to miss their big boppers go forward and Rapana.
