Los Jaguares to top the Super Rugby table @ anything above $30.
That is a sharp bet. It would be a shame if it was missed among the bickering. Jaguares are an international squad playing super rugby in a weak group and weak conference. I can't find $30 but NZ TAB still has it at $26.

I like Cheetahs to top Africa 1 and South African group winner, I got these for $31 and $101 respectively but they have since dropped. The previous three Currie Cup winners went on to top the South African group in Super rugby the following season and I think the Cheetahs can potentially keep this going.
I also like Sergeal Petersen top try scorer at $51.

Rebels v Blues The last 5 matches have been won by the home side, and that’s the safest bet in Round 1. Hopefully we’ll see a very open game, and there’s some exciting attacking talent on show. Rebels by 6.
this is first game of super rugby kick off tomorrow.. blues got very good players.. this is game will be very close...

I have learnt to my detriment that pre-season friendlies are not worth taking notice of, and the wise play is to sit out the first round. There is one game that I cannot leave alone and I have had a bet at +13,5 the Brumbies away to the 'Saders. The Crusaders are notorious slow starters in this competition and I fancy this year will be no different.
Canes -13.5 / Waratahs -3.5 / Brumbies +23.5
blues -2.5
cans -25.5
few others thoughts too

The Blues have had a good pre-season and with some eye catching signings providing increased competition for places, their price on the early handicaps took the eye. The Rebels look ripe for the taking and the best current minus looks the value to me.
The Sunwolves have a very different squad this year and a new coach who’s relatively inexperienced at this level. But the big issue for me is pre-season and just one warm up game a week before the big kick off produced a scrappy 24-12 win against a Japan League AllSstars side. I can see the Canes putting them to the sword in the 2nd half and I wouldn’t be surprised if the handicap line shifted towards 30 points in the run up to match day.

So here we go again: One of my favourite rugby competitions is back. Not sure who’ll be up there this year but the Highlanders and the Hurricanes won’t be too far away I don’t think. Predictions: Rebels v Blues – Close but I go with the Blues by 5 Highlanders v Chiefs – Landers at home good for the win here by 7 Waratahs v Western Force – The Force are crap, Waratahs by 15 Reds v Sharks – Not sure but I’ve seen the Reds starting team and it looks decent, Reds by 9 Sunwolves v Hurricanes – The Canes are my team, they’ll win this by 45 points!!. Crusaders v Brumbies – Brumbies aren’t as good this year, Crusaders by 17 Cheetahs v Lions – Easy away win. Lions by 21 Kings v Jaguares – Going for a shock, Kings by 6!!. Stormers v Bulls – Will be boring but Stormers by 12
