Having a browse at it now, I notice apparently Rebels are raining 10s champions however I compared squads between 10's 2016 and Brisbane and it looks like it was just a development squad.
I mean the Force.
I have read the Rebels have done no prep for 10's and not taking it seriously.

On February 11-12, the hallowed turf of Suncorp Stadium will play host to every Super Rugby Club from Australia and New Zealand along with the Panasonic Wild Knights from Japan, Toulon from France, the Blue Bulls from South Africa, and the fierce strength of Samoa as they battle it out for $1.6 million in prize money.
The two days of 10-a-side rugby action will see long-held rivalries taken to a whole new level as teams embrace the blistering pace and brutal collisions the fast-paced format of the game offers. Mixed with Brisbane's stellar summer weather and all the festivities the iconic Caxton Street party district has to offer, the Brisbane Global Rugby Tens will be two days of rugby heaven.
Tickets go on sale to the general public from 9am, Thursday 11 August. Tickets are priced from $69 (for entry to both days) and can be purchased from ticketek.com.au/BrisbaneTens

This one will be close, not much in it at all. For the gamblers Id advise a Wales plus 5. England have done the buisness in Australia in recent memory and beat Wales by only 4 points at Twickenham in last years 6N. (I know they were still a growing team at the time). Wales havnt had much to shout about recently although they did beat a poor SA in the Autumn. There wasnt much running rugby in Rome last week and don’t think that will change this week. For me the Cardiff factor might sway it Wales by 3
