Refs are clearly on South Africa.  Almost every rugby game I see now there's shady sh.t going on.  Rugby has to be one of the dirtiest sports in the world.  Don't get me wrong I'm on the winning side a lot more than the losing but this stuff is a little too obvious to anyone with a functioning brain.

I see the refs doing the same thing game after game, the team they don't want to cover will be given penalties when they are close to scoring a try, that way they can limit the damage while appearing to be impartial.  These jokers have the scam down to an art form.

because repeated pens and it was foul play in attacking position the word is cynical
