I forsee long hot "none-for's" for this blockhead over the next couple of weeks. India is a place where quick bowlers need great dicipline, a good brain and a big heart in order to prosper.
Johnson has poor dicipline and control, he still hasn't learnt how bowl a consistent in-swinger and he tends to go MIA when things aren't going well (exhibit 'A' the 2009 Ashes series).

all of the books mentioned in that story besides the TAB baulk at the site of bets bigger than triple digits if its placed by a consistent winner. So judging by the way they were all falling over their shoelaces trying to accomodate this mystery punter, he mustn't be anyone they know or fear.
