Where is the best place to find weather info for St Andrews??

Thinking about playing some guys to shoot over 73, but I want to know the best weather information because the bet would hinge on wind and rain.

btw, IF the BBC forecast is correct, it looks like an early tee off time might NOT be an advantage Friday

I don't know, from what I've heard the wind is supposed to be a lot worse in the afternoon.
