Anyone know if there are specifics that the USGA follow in accordance to finishes, money, placings, etc. ?

Does it have to go 36 / 54 / etc. ?

Guess we have been lucky the past two years or so since I started on golf wagering.

Dont remember anyone I was into that cancelled, etc...
