I had him against Senden in the second round head to head.  However, Stader withdrew, so my book youwager graded my wager as a loss?  Is this legit or justified on their part? . Youwager golf rules state "Both golfers must tee-off for there to be action."

You said it yourself: "Both golfers must tee-off for there to be action". Stadler did tee off so it is a loss, legit.
