After Kaymer finished his 2nd round at 10 under, the odds for him to win the tournament were -220, which sounds about right being up 8 shots. Now that he is still up 8 shots and nobody has done SH*T, it's down to -140. Kaymer isn't going to be assessed some b/s penalty is he?
