If you saw what I saw you'd know that Carolina is a crappy azz team. Very, very bad on offense. San Fran had tons of injuries in that game and Carolina had ZERO pts in the first half, and only 10 pts in the entire game. No way they are better than a hall of famer like Tom Brady, sorry.
And yes I know pats on the road have not looked good. This is also part of the "Act" I had Bengals to beat them in that game and they did. Only game in a while where Brady did not throw a single TD, but that was rigged. Now that people are riding Carolina's cocks this should be an easy win for NE to get back on track.
NE +1 is the better play here guys. It basically goes back and forth. Just like Houston this year, everyone riding them until they got blown out by 49ers (which I predicted 49ers would absolutely trounch them in that game) and then Houston covers against KC. Did you see them in their last game with SanFrancisco? They were basically beating themselves. Dropping passes that they should have caught. Missed a FG near the end as well. I admit I don't watch every one of their games, but I think those few games where they scored over 30 pts were probably attributed to the defenses that they were playing. One of those games was in Minnesota, and we all know Minnesota has one of the worst defense in the league. Another one of those games was against the Giants and we know that Eli Manning loves to throw interceptions, so I am sure the Giants handed Carolina a few of those scores in that one.
I just haven't bought into Cam Newton or the Carolina offense yet. Just very recently, a couple of seasons back Carolina was the worst team in the league and they lost pretty much all of their games. I still look at them like that so I am a little biased I guess. I know they're getting better but I still think they have a couple of more years before they can "hang with the big boys" Like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.
