... plus Miami is bad in bad weather, see the Giants game in London..
As this was the one and only NFL game I've ever been to I feel qualified to comment for the first time!
Miami didn't defend at all badly in similar weather and field conditions at Wembley against a previously high-scoring Giants offense. I see a similar game here with Pitt just happy to get ahead then control the clock. Miami will play hard and keep it close.
Take Miami to cover and the under.

Quit teasing........the book loves you guys that think there is an inherant value in teasing........your odds drop exponentially when you tease.......and more that half the time you win a tease bet.....you would have won without teasing and kept the odds of staight bet rewards.........and don't forget how many crazy games happen every week.........things most people don't expect.......Hell ,there was a few again this week!!! There are a few every week!!! Just take the straight bets.....very few parlays......and QUIT MAKING THE BOOKS DAY WITH THOSE TEASE BETS!!!!
For instance.......just play the over.......and don't sell Ricky Williams
(that is his pot bag burning)
short.......he could still turn a few heads.......he is in pretty good shape.......and never was a "stoner"......he was one of those articulate, educated pot smokers who think they know how everything should be and how everyone else is the one who doesn't see the world the right way!! The Steelers will score, but the Fins put up 14-17 and it goes over by a mile!!!!
GL bud!

*PITTSBURGH 35 - Miami 10—
Willie Parker (925 YR) is making no secret of the fact he’s after the rushing title now that Adrian Peterson’s injury has opened the door. And Ben Roethlisberger (23 TDs, only 8 ints.) is close to his Super Bowl form after LY’s injuries. The Dolphins might activate Ricky Williams for this game. But Williams or no, rookie QB John Beck is likely to be plenty mystified by Pittsburgh’s array of zone blitzes. Just a couple of turnovers might help the Steelers (4-1 vs. the spread at home) bounce back with a vengeance after last week’s “soft” performance visiting the Jets.***Quoted from the Gold Sheet***
Farrar
You bet Farar........pardon the pun........I was thinking right about the same score........I believe the Fins could put a couple more points on the board......Beck is a better QB than people think......give him a little time and let him throw over the middle and deep like Feely did last night and he will put up a couple TD's!! ![]()

Same thing happened in the Pit Balt game about 3-4 weeks ago....remember.......rainy all night........"everybody hurried up and got the under as it continued to fall" ...........that kind of weather also breeds mistakes, fumbles, tipped interceptions and defensive scores. I love the over tonight!! I'll waite till just before kickoff and see if I can get it Over 38 or less!! ![]()
