I agree Locks, Miami plus 3.  At worst we get a push.  Pennington's experience and Miami's ability to run the ball will be key.  Porter and the Miami d disrupt Flacco all day.  Leaning under as well.

Hard to beleive anyone would have any confidence in Miami. Ravens are extremely tough to run on, and killed the Phins earlier in the year, in Miami. The Phins gimmicky offense doesn't work against the truly great defenses like the Ravens.  Chad can't stretch the field.  Anyone that has watched the Phins the last couple weeks has watched the Cheifs and Jets dice them up on the ground. The Ravens power running game will eat up yards and clock. Flacco may be a rookie, but he doesn't turn the ball over, and Ravens use trick plays as actual tricks, not as part of their base offense. Miami has overacheived, and in the few games they have had turnover problems they lost, aka against Balt.

If you can still get the Ravens -3 take em, if it goes over 4 I'd be iffy.

So what are you saying, the Miami Dolphins are the New York Giants?

Give me a break.  Miami has little recieving talent that can overcome the power of the Baltimore secondary, even man on man.  Pennington cannot stretch the field.  So, that leaves 8 men in the box, 8 angry mothers to stop Ronnie and Ricky just like they did back in week 7.

Kudos to Miami for winning the AFC East.  A remarkable accomplishment, however, everyone knows the Pats should have represented this division.

Ravens drop the big hammer on Chad and the Dolphins, right in Tuna's backyard.

the numbers all point to balt here, as they have been great ats on the road while the fish have been really bad at home ats.  throw in the ravens confidence with having already won in this stadium back on 10/19/08, and this pick seems easy.  but not as a 3 pt favorite - i cant lay that number and instead will just go with the low.  the ravens were going over at a shocking clip earlier in the year, but have now gone back to playing games low (3 of last 4) while the dolphins have gone under in 6 of 8 home games this year.

I don't know where you think the Pats deserve to be at home.  They're the best offense in the AFC.  Patriots has to be the best system team in the NFL.  Brady goes down and they still contend.

Classic line and when will Bradshaw and Jacobs be putting on their Dolphins uniforms.  Rickey and Ronnie are no Giants back field.  That is a joke comparison

I see a lot of W's next to Miami in their recent games.....but is it just me or does that look like a  "cupcake"  of a schedule on paper?

Just an FYI, Miami had almost 300 yards passing and almost another 100 on the ground against the Ravens in the earlier matchup.

And please guys, there isn't a team playing this weekend that will make the Super Bowl (ok, MAYBE the Colts) ,get that thought out of your heads before next weekend gets here.

I like the ravens and the fact that they didnt get to rest and lose momentum...I dont think Miami is better....I expect this spread to hop to maybe 5.5 ..I got it tonight at 3 and think its a bargain! Miami didnt impress me ..they got shelled by the patriots the second matchup and they beat some down and out teams down the stretch..balt did lose in NY but that was a good loss for them....Flaco did damn great for a rookie wtf more can ask...happiest new years to you all
