I'm with you on the Lakers ML. Going to bet all I can on it. There is no way Boston can win 3 in a row in the Playoffs. NO WAY. If they do, they can have my money. Besides, we know how Boston plays on the road and that's why the line is 9.5 points.

The only reason why the last game went over is because there were 66 pointsscored in the 4thQ. 41 by the Lakers alone! This game will be back to the norm in scoring. You will see a final in this game like this

Here's how Boston Scores on the road in their last 5 road games. 77, 69, 94, 75, 89. Averaging 80.8 points. Lakers at home their last 5 games 100, 101, 89, 111, 120. Averaging 104.2. Any Questions?

lakers ml seems like the only reasonable play here
i think its going to be a close game and i can see lakers winning by 7 or 8 it depends on the free throws. in case you didn't see the end of the first game the lakers weren't fouling and if the line would of been bigger it could of screwed lots of boston backers over but it was only - 2/ 2.5
but with a line like -9.5 it could be alot different with boston not fouling in the end. although i could be wrong and this could be a blowout for the lakers........
 
i cant believe the line is this high.... this is incredible i think these two teams are as even as it can ever get this season i cant call a better finals. i saw the line for each game extremely lower than this i would call this lakers - 6.5 or even 5.5 but 9.5 is too much for me when the team giving points played defense like that in the 3rd and most of the 4th quarter last game, i loved how the abc announcer compared leon powe to the king of slam dunks, that gave me a laugh

Another one postin here that is all over the money line. Hands down the most solid choice of the game. And it is about winning! I think 9.5 is A LOT of points to be laying. Do the Lakers take care of business and play like they are capable of playing and blow them out? Or do the Celtics keep it tight? Regardless, I think the Lakers win the game straight up, but not sure if I like that many points in either direction

LET JOE PUBLIC PUSH THAT LINE UP AGAIN.......  LIKE YESTERDAY:  TURNED BOS FROM  -2.5 TO +1.5  (4 POINTS)
 
NOW WE ALL HAVE WATCHED THESE TWO GAMES, & IF IM NOT MISTAKEN THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSE....
 
IF THIS LINE GETS TO BOS +10.5 OR MORE,  I WILL BUY A FEW MORE POINTS & HAVE BOS +12.5-13 (-150 ).   NOW THAT IS A GOOD VALUE

I couldnt agree more with what wang said earlier in this thread.  Anyone who is still betting money on this series is out of their minds.  The game was decided by the refs and since we are ALL here to make money and exchange ideas on how to make money my best advice for anyone is not to touch this series ANYMORE.  The numbers in game 2 were horrific and should scare anyone who is sharp away from this thing alltogether.  Anyway if you decide to play good luck to you and I hope you play your money on the side the refs (Stern) think should win.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT GAME LAST NIGHT I HAD LA -5.5 SECOND HALF AND TURNED THE GAME OFF WITH ABOUT 8 MINUTES LEFT.. I THOUGHT FOR SURE I LOST THE BET AND WHEN I TURNED MY PHONE ON THIS MORNING MY BUDDIE MIKENY HAD LEFT ME A TEXT AND SAID I WON WOW AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1500 BACK IN THE BANK!!!

YOU CAN GET THE LAKERS AT  3 POINTS LESS (LAL -6) THEN MOST (ME LAL -9.5)............IF YOU CAN BUY POINTS, I WOULD BUY THE LAKERS DOWN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.............  THEN WAIT TILL GAME TIME & IF THE LINE JUMPS UP TO 9-10 OR MORE BUY THE OPPOSITE WAY (BOS +12 OR SO)
YOU WOULD HAVE A 8 POINT WINDOW TO WIN BOTH , LAL -4 OR SO & BOS  +12...................THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING I WOULD DO............ BECAUSE I THINK THIS ONE WILL BE JUST AS CLOSE AS THE OTHER TWO....

pretty much what i was thinking DD... either that or will either do a 2 (or even 3) team teaser... Bos (+14.5), Ov (190)... maybe even LA (-3.5)...

i'll tell you what, though... anyone who thinks there is any value at all betting LA in this game is crazy... you will not find good value on LA in this series, it is obvious... the public is so far off on their perception of where these teams are...

i have been hoping this series would go at least 6 games, because i will be on vacation during games 6 and 7 and can really get to enjoy them...

but i don't see it happening... Boston is taking 2 out of 3 in LA, most likely, and at worst will be going home up 3 to 2...

 

there are a couple ways to get great value out of these games in LA...

1) ML Boston every game... if they only take 1, you win... if they get 2, you kill!

2) just go and drop your bank account on Bos (-140) to win this series... how retarded are people to allow this line to be where it is?  LA will not win 4 out of 5 from Boston... that's a gimme, people!

and yet you guys are saying -600 ML on LA is the bet?  did you learn nothing from Big Brown?

What a friggin' IDIOT!!!  I'm thinking MightyOregon must be a chick who is better off betting on who is going to be the next "AMERICAN IDOL". 

I'm not a fan of either team, but it's obvious that the Celtics are simply tougher and more experienced. Lakers appear to be purple and yellow on the outside, but soft and yellow on the inside. I am a big fan of Kobe and think he's as good as it gets, but remember Laker fans - he is ONE GUY. And you Lakers fans expect too much out of that ONE GUY. I heard all this garbage about the Lakers and their "Bench Mob", but I haven't really seen them.  Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Boston plus the points seems to be the only bet with any real value.

i agree the Lakers will probably win game 3... but it is not nearly enough of a sure thing to bet LA on the ML, that's for damn sure... anyone with a LA ML bet in this game is liable to have a heart attack watching a game that is going to be a lot closer than people seem to think...
