Even the dumbest Republicans understand that the more you raise minimum wage the higher and faster the inflation rate goes up.
 
I can remember when I could get a double burger combo from wendys for 5 bucks and change....now pushing 9 bucks.
 
Be careful what you ask for when you ask to raise min wage please!

socialism / marxism is not the answer ... each day this country slips further and further away from the founding fathers vision of a republic (in my humble opinion the finest form of government ever created).  democrat and republicans alike have lost their way ... they fight over the same problem with differing socialistic solutions to that problem.  our self righteous arrogence and human good blind us from thousands of years of history that prove this system to be the best.  Obama or McCain, it doesn't really matter, they're both driving the train in the wrong direction. One is just faster than the other ... fight over the crumbs, while the bakery burns down around us ...

Why haven't you mentioned Global Warming...Bush created Global Warming during a lunch break, right after sub-prime lending and Islamic terrorism.

Sub-prime, a liberal's guide to economics...lets force Banks to lend money to marginal, no credit, unsecured poor people so they can buy shit they can't afford. Oh sure, we can blame the Banks when the loans go bad or GEORGE BUSH!!!!!!

Pud, do you have any idea what you are talking about regarding
the subprime mortgage crisis.It was caused in great part by the
Gramm- Leach bill passed in 1999 DE-regulating state constraints
on no income verification loans, 100% and up loan to value
financing,neg-amortization loans, interest only loans, adjustables
etc.These safeguards were in place since FDR and while they
needed updating they didnt need virtual abolition. Clinton should
have vetoed that bill but he didnt and even if he would have it
would have been overridden by the heavily controlled Neo-Con
congress at the time or would have tabled for a few months until
Chauncey Gardner took office .Your totally uninformed post is
yet another example of the Neo-Cons in here who never accept
the blame for what their regime has done and accuse the "liberals"
for our current misery. I am involved in the mortgage industry
and anytime you would like to debate the subject I would be
more than happy to engage you. But please do a little research
and come with some informed opinion instead of the jibberish
contained in your last post.But then again that is hard for a Neo-Con.
