Extraordinary lawsuit is further erosion of legal norms. There has been more court injunctions against Trump administration than any other president. Judicial branch has the right to block illegal orders from executive and legislative branches of government. Problem is lawless Trump administration has repeatedly deported migrants without due process that is required under US constitution.
The MAGAs are OK with that lawlessness though...mostly because it helps get rid of "people of color whose first language is not English"
For a very large portion of MAGAs, that's the reason they hail the racist in the Oval so much...
