am glad it got voted down, but iam really sickened by the fact that this case didnt go 9-0.  I thought thomas and alito were all about following the Constitution? This case was so easy to decide because its written down with clear no bullshit language. Born here, your a citizen, case closed.  These 2 piece of shit judges are total traitors to Our Country.  There is no ifs, ands or buts about this. Racist in the Oval on Thursday revoked Harvard University’s ability to enroll international students, delivering a sharp punishment to the elite institution for refusing to bow to the MAGA-regime’s racist policy demands.

Harvard and Trump officials have been locked in conflict for months as the administration demands the university make changes to campus programming, policies, hiring and admissions to root out on-campus antisemitism and eliminate what it calls “racist ‘diversity, equity and inclusion’ practices.”

The administration has homed in on foreign students and staff it believes participated in legal campus protests over the Israel-Hamas war.

   Apparently, the RACIST in the Oval and his accomplices are seriously considering barring other universities from enrolling international students [overwhelming majority of which are persons-of-color]

 I’m not interested in the depressing arguments of politics.. But I’m really disturbed by the ridiculous thoughts (whether relevant or not) that comes out of this Administration.  I’ve yet to hear one “we are in this together” instead of this juvenile behavior of “who can we ridicule next? “

The silver lining in all of this is that DT is continuing to hurt the image of the Republican Party which will certainly not be re-elected. Add to that maybe the Dems can come with a lot more focus and determination to win in 40 months.

Trump posted on Truth social Friday morning that he would impose a 25% tariff on Apple if it refused to make iPhones in the United States.

Minutes later, Trump said he would recommend a 50% tariff on goods imported from the European Union.

The remarkable action lays bare the administration’s determination to exert its will over immigration enforcement as well as a growing exasperation with federal judges who have time and again turned aside executive branch actions they see as lawless and without legal merit.

Extraordinary lawsuit is further erosion of legal norms.  There has been more court injunctions against Trump administration than any other president.  Judicial branch has the right to block illegal orders from executive and legislative branches of government.  Problem is lawless Trump administration has repeatedly deported migrants without due process that is required under US constitution.
