CD the non union guy can be fired rather easily if he is lazy! The union guy has protections up the wazoo.

Disco...the private sector DOES have the right to organize right now...only 7% actually have chosen to do so.

Fried shrimp...did you read the article about the Arena Football Leagues union and how they tried to hold the struggling league hostage? There are many more bad union stories than good ones.

I said it before, why the fuck dont all you insurance crooks take less money in your checks, so that the insuirance companies can lower rates for the consumer. Its the same exact thing as a public worker getting paid by the tax payers, you friggin jackass. Maybe if you ever worked a job like a police officer, you would have a differnt view, but then again punks like you just want to hide behind your safe desk, where your biggest fear during the day is if you will spill coffee on your lap or get a paper cut.

Lastly you think 180k is alot of money for a chief to run a police dept of a city like stockon. This right here shows how clueless you truly are in life. You really think being the police chief is some easy job?  Yes i know, this guy should be paid 50k a year, while insurance crooks like you make 100k a year selling insurance policies.

Yup get rid of the chief, hire 4 more cops at 45k a year. Heres a fucking thought, why dont you get off your desk jockey ass and go do the job as a cop for 45k a year.

The union worker can be fired, he just has protections so that he cant just be fired because maybe the boss or another worker just doesnt like the person or how they look. I have seen union construction workers lose their jobs, union firefighters lose their jobs, union cops lose their jobs, union teachers lose their jobs, so to sit here and say it doesnt happen is total bullshit.

my meth lab blew up and my pot still got raided, my trailer home blew away in a tornado and the big corporation shipped my job overseas, not to mention my one tooth is aching

I mean look we got insurance crooks who believe that they should be paid more then a cop and that their job is some how more important then the cops.
Truth is an insurance salesman should only make around 20k a year tops.
