Merrick Garland will be nominated by joe biden for new Attorney General

with 10 months to go in obamas second term garland was nominated to scotus by obama

but the  evil mitch mcconnell blocked him

McConnell not only blocked Garland's nomination for SCOTUS. Mitch also refused to vote on Pres. Trump's second Covid economic stimulus bill and a $2,000 stimulus check. Dude not only plays Grim Reaper in the face of Pres. Obama for eight years, but also plays against Pres. Trump. Grim Reaper must go.

Good chance he gets confirmed now because  CNN has officially called Jon Ossoff the Senate winner!

finally a GOOD attorney general .  sworn in today .

garland serves his first day on the job     and declares the rump-incited capitol riots is his top immediate priority
