For me I dont really dine out like that irregardless of the establishment, so my way of commenting is by not frequenting them and also giving my input when the opportunity arises.

I dont work for them and never have, but I am quite sure Chipotle an Chick Fil A do have a premium wage vs McDonalds in general.
So I would say yes to that question.
I know InandOut burgers here have a premium pay scale and benefits as well, I consider them in the same category as the above, so I would expect 5 Guys who is in the same demand category to probably give similar compensation (but I have never eaten at 5 Guys)
