And BTW - your other prediction of a few days ago about the line going down so you can sell your McCain bet (you mentioned +350) aint happening and you are running out of time.  Its holding steady at about -780.

1)  I know you have never seen me pounding the table about a big upset before - because I dont do it.  So its really not fair to paint me as a blind squirrel....  I make this as a huge upset call, and If its not to be ok.

2)  My thread a few days ago I talked about last chance to get McCain +780 - and that has held true as it has trended slightly down since.  There is several days left so dont claim I was wrong on that.  I'm sure you will be first to shake my hand for a nice trade in a few days when I sell lower than current - you are all about the trade and making money right ?

Why would you sell lower than current (what, like -700 or -600) when McCain is going to win in a landslide?

People question how a governor could possibly be qualified to be president?   What was the "liberal's God" Bill Clinton before being president?  I guess they are right!!!!

Listen I understand that line of thinking, I was buying Obama in Sep. at even money and have nibbled the other way some (I got some +800 and +820), and in some states as a hedge, etc.  But if you have +780, maybe you can get -700 now, barely enough to cover fees unless you bet an absolute shitload or your profit expectations are incredible low.  The value differential there is pretty small.

Charlie Crist would be qualified to be President. Tom Ridge would have be qualified to be President. "AH-nold" would be qualified to be President IF he had been born in the USA. Palin is NOT because SHE is a divisive, low information religious right nutcase who thinks if she blows up the world, Jesus will come back.
 
when you have numerous conservative REPUBLICANS against this woman, then I think she is a BIG PROBLEM for the McCain campaign.
 
Oh and as for Clinton, I would sure have the economy of the 90's than what George W and his criminal gang have brought us the LAST 8 years.

Oh ya RIGHT. well at LEAST Clinton didn't FUCK it all UP with ideological BULLSHIT like George W. Clinton was a pragmatist that would listen to BOTH sides and then did what WORKED unlike this FOOL and his Club for Growth/Heritage Foundation economic experiment that has been a COMPLETE FAILURE.

OWL's union COULD be ALPA. when I was active there were a LOT of rightwingers esp in southern airline bases. the Airline Pilots have taken a SCREWING going back to the days of that old union buster "The Great Ronnie" BUT some are still drinking the Kool-Aid.

cheers to that man, I hope you're right.  I said the same thing to my brother this morning.  I heard that 80% or so of people called to answer poll questions just hang up or don't answer. So, just about 20% of those called for poll questions make up the poll numbers we're all seeing, which is Obama up 3-10 points.  Could be VERY deceiving.

Also, I think the people who pick up to answer poll questions are those who are more enthusiastic about this election - Obama supporters.  Some conservatives I know hate answering poll questions.  So, I think the poll numbers are deceiving, like i said above.  Of course this is a guess, not a factual statement.

Only way McCain wins is if half of the white voters who have been saying all along that they will vote for Obama don't.  This is very possible since America has never truly gotten over our Race issue.  We kind of just figure, if we don't mention that it exists, it doesn't exist.  I on the other hand will not give Obama the election until I see McCain give his consession speech because I know racism is alive and well in White America.  Now, I also know that racism is alive and well in all America, but we are focusing on the whites only because white America still counts for over 75% of the votes!  I am not being a bigot, do the math; one can't get elected without their blessing.
