All these loopholes shouldnt exist and the people {politicians} who created them, did it so they companies can get away without paying their fair share. Call it whatever you want, but when you got companies making this kind of profit and they are not paying towards the running of our govt like all of us do, then something is very wrong and to defend them by saying well they are playing by the rules, is pretty lame. Why some here keep sticking up for this type of stuff, is rreally beyond words. You would think everyone of us here would be mad as hell, but i guess not.

If i pay a college kid 10,000 to throw a game and then go bet the other team and the kid goes onto to throwing the game, which results in his team losing and me winning my bets. Who has cheated? Just the kid, since he did the actual cheating or both of us? Were both cheaters and thats exactly what these companies are doing. They are using their massive amounts of money to get lobbyists to get politicians to change laws that benefit the corporations. How anybody can look at what their doing as anything less then cheating is beyond me. Its out and out cheating by the corporation and for some of you to sit here and act like companies like ge and others, didnt play any part in the laws be written for their benefit is totally insane. These companies didnt just wake up surprised one day and say, look at that, we got all these sweet tax loopholes and we didnt do anything to create them. Thats pure bullshit.

Heres the thing, the country runs on people and businesses paying taxes, if one group is cheating or using loopholes created by them to get out of paying their fair share, then something is very wrong and it needs to be fixed. Then people wonder why the govt has no money. Its because only our dumbasses are actually paying taxes.
Wake up folks, every dollar these companies get out of paying, is just another dollar we all ahve to make up for. Do you enjoy paying more, so the rich can buy more planes, houses, yachts etc etc etc, while you get up everyday and head off to work. You guys should be mad as hell and it shouldnt matter if you are a democrat or republican, these companies are fucking each and every one of us.
And to Renton, i dont know where you have been living, but ceo's are constantly cheating and going to jail because of it.
Maybe enron, adelphia, world com just to name a few. All of the ceos were earning millions and millions of dollars, yet they cheated.
Theres never enough money for these people, they want more and more and they will cheat if they have to, in order to get more. thats a fact
