what did FEMA do this last hurricane season? it was a brutal one for the ages, but the point was one agency can't handle the eastern seaboard alone. Each state along the ocean should have their own storm crew, you can't spread people from NC to FL with one agency. If you have state to state crews on call with government funding to back them that is a better plan. Superstorm Sandy flooded out towns so far inland because we were not prepared for the maybe. And the jokes in DC wouldn't know backwoods small town from their starbucks around the corner
