Since there was no pass down(what ignorance) when the white house changed hands, Bush had no clue the report existed, until after the fact. Then the Dems tried to cover it up. So while 9-11 happened on bush watch, Guess who could have prevented it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

clinton and their administrations
both admins had intell and both admins had the ability to take
out binladen beforehand and chose not to for whatever reason
this is not a partisan failure it is a bipartisan failure
