Baish, as the astute stock market player you are, I'm sure you are aware of the tech industry and how beaten down the entire industry has been this year.  As such, you might have heard of the massive layoffs recently by tech companies.  Meta, AMZ, twitter, etc.  It's a thing, might want to look it up.  Elon doesn't give a dumpy dump.  

Also.....please try to fact check yourself before saying stupid shiite like "Elon wanted everyone to vote for Trump".  Please post your source where he said this.  I'll save you the time, it doesn't exist.  Here is the exact quote...

Federal Judge makes the call

A federal judge raised the specter of Nazi Germany and Adolf Hitler as he noted similarities in the mindset of U.S. Capitol rioters mesmerized by a “demagogue.” [Trump]

Senior U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton pointed to the chilling comparisons as he handed down a three-year sentence in his District of Columbia courtroom to rioter Dustin Thompson of Ohio, who had blamed Donald Trump for his involvement in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.

Walton said he was struck that the college-educated Thompson fell into the “rabbit hole” of conspiracy theories and embraced lies spread by Trump that the 2020 presidential election had been rigged against him.

          “We saw it happen in Nazi Germany.
           A very educated, intelligent population
           was able to be swayed to engage in
           the atrocities that took place in Germany
           based upon a demagogue,”  Walton noted.

Judge Walton called it “utterly scary that we still have millions of people ... still buying a *LIE* that’s not based on anything other than someone who is unhappy because he didn’t get what he wanted.”

Tesla stock is now down 49% since Elon Musk offered to buy Twitter in April, losing over half a trillion dollars in market valuation.

Just in the three and a half weeks since Musk took over Twitter on October 28, Tesla stock is down 27%, losing $190 billion in value.

It's about time! You can't threaten to injure anyone without paying the consequences for your actions.

I'm not picking on you here, just a little market insight.... Tesla share price has nothing to do with Twitter, except for the fact that Musk had to disclose his sale of $4 BILLION in TSLA shares days after finalizing twitter deal.  He has sold almost $40 BILLION since November of 2021.  November 2021 was when the market turned to RISK OFF, FED Chairs SOLD all their stock under the guise of "they got in trouble by the American public so they were forced to sell", and TECH started its downhill run (still going).  Look at the entire TECH industry, same story for most part.  

I digress, going back to TSLA... anyone trading the market knows how OVERVALUED TSLA has been for quite some time.  Some industry whales were / are notoriously short the stock.  Their P/E ratio was at one point about 250....250.  That was right before the November 2021 start of the market wide decline phase.  It is about 50 right now, still very high / overvalued.  TSLA's earnings are tied heavily to credits, or something of that nature, that many consider "artificial".  Facebook P/E right now is about 10.  That is much more realistic for any tech company's value right now. 

FB or META, has lost about 65% of its stock value since that same November 2021 period.  My point is, these are highly overvalued tech stocks that have been in a correction since NOV '21.  Bash Elon and his twitter purchase all you want, it is pretty funny to see the radicals melt down over a leveling of the playing field, but TSLA stock price has nothing to do with his purchase of twitter (other than the correlation I already stated above).  TSLA stock price is going to go down significantly more, its not a question of IF, its WHEN.  The same can be said of the entire market though, we are in an inflationary bear market environment.  Going to be volatile ups and downs until the big one comes....then just down.  I'm really not a Musk fan, or wasn't I should say until he started shaking up the media machine.  Billionaires are not out to make YOUR life better, there are many out there who worship Elon...not healthy to worship any billionaire I'd say.  I do like what he has done with twitter so far though, and I've noticed having him in my avatar space gaslights certain folks around here...good conversational piece I say

I hate that the sincere Judge was forced to draw that obvious comparison but it's the unfortunate reality that is seeping into the public sphere more and more since 2017.

I see there is a movement underway to pressure the remaining Twitter advertisers since Musky decided that hate-mongers Trump and Marjorie Greene are free to use the Twitter bullhorn to spread their lies and hate.

It's even more amazing when you realized that Palin was able to campaign all over Alaska flying on her broom.

Good to see that Mary Peltola beat Sarah Palin, also Lisa Murkowski won the Senate seat as the incumbent. 

It's likely Dems will win House CA-13 also.

According to Media matters, Twitter has lost almost half of top 100 advertisers in less than a month since Musk's purchase.  Over 90% of twitter revenue comes from advertisers.  Despite assurances, advertisers have lost faith and don't want to advertise alongside extremist content.  Questionable management to fire almost half of work force only to rehire some of them later.  Risk of lawsuits from unlawful terminations.

Money may buy you some happiness, but not all of them, I guess. 

Applause to those advertisers who have fled Twitter's switch to allow conservative extremism content.   I hope more follow suit.   Actions have consequences.

The House Ways and Means Committee now has six years of
Donald Trump’s federal tax returns, ending a yearslong pursuit
by Democrats to dig into Trump’s most closely guarded personal
details, the Treasury Department confirmed.

The Supreme Court declined to intervene last week - at the
desperate please of Trump's army of lawyers - after courts said
the House had legal power to request the returns from the IRS.

The committee had sought six years of Trump’s tax records, primarily
from the time he served as president. That included records about
both Trump personally and several of his corporate entities.

The MAGA Arizona county that refused to certify the results of the November election will cost Republicans a seat in the House.

If the 47,000 ballots are not included in the final tally, Democrat Kirsten Engel will take the seat.
