Union members are not responsible for what their union bosses write, but they are responsible for choosing which union represents them and can elect union leadership.....

Perhaps this will begin to open eyes to the conflict of interest inherent in the very concept of public sector unions.

I will ask you again, since you refuse to answer.  What oath did these guys break?   If its just your opinion, like you say, lets hear what oath they broke.  They didnt break any oath. I didnt know cops and firefighters took an oath to buy products from certain businesses?

Also why should unions not be allowed in the public sector?  Because you dont like them, which by the way you once belonged to, until you went into management and became a turncoat. I would bet the guys you used to work who you turned on, will be pissing on your grave when you kick the bucket someday.

So in your mind its wrong for workers to band togther as one, to try and work out the best pay and benefits they can get. So it should be every person just go work out their own contracts.  Yeah that will work great in the states work force where thousands of employees are employed.

The undersigned groups would like your company to publicly oppose Governor Walker’s efforts to virtually eliminate collective bargaining for public employees in Wisconsin..

Last sentence ...

please be advised that the undersigned will publicly and formally boycott the goods and services provided by your company.

This is very clear, that the union leadership is involved in criminal activity...........trying to pressue a company to make a public statement in their favor or they will hurt their bussiness and as a result the potential income of the workers who didn't vote the way the unions wanted them to vote .............

the union is asking a business to back them and if they feel they dont want to back the union, then its member dont feel like they want to back the buying of products from their business. There still going to do their jobs and provide services to the business, they just arent going to spend their money in those businesses. They are instead going to give their money to businesses who back them.  Sorry spiderman, but there is nothing wrong with that, so get over it.

Public sector union members are public servants - their oath is to serve the people of the community and they are not expected to be involved in any impropriety in their labor disputes.

If the public union workers Police/Firemen threaten businesses and boycott  businesses they are NOT serving the people of the community but are serving their union leaders in Wisconsin ..and their loyalty then is to the Unions... taking precedence over the people of Wisconsin ...

as long as the businesses are getting what there tax dollars pay for, then there isnt a problem. The cops and firefighters are going to give those businesses 110 percent of the services they pay for day in and day out.

So in effect their boycott of certain businesses is some form of extortion?
