Housing segregation is tied to inequalities in the school system.
Do some individual research on how schools are funded. You might actually learn something.

I know what the “books and articles” say. They’re wrong. That’s why you’re only capable of spouting off generic phrases.
Indians are the highest paid group in America and it’s not even close. Does that prove that there isn’t systemic racism? No (although it’s a significant counter argument). The same way that saying that there is a “wage gap”, or that black people earn less than white people doesn’t prove that there is systemic racism.
The wage gap argument is the lowest iq argument of them all. Implying that higher wages means higher privilege is a joke. You’d be saying that Indians have the most privilege in America and that Indian females have more privilege than white males.
If you had the ability to be a critical thinker (you don’t), and honestly looked at why Indian Americans are the highest earners — family structure, culture, parents drilling their kids on the importance of an education etc. — the same can be said about Je wish families — you would able to clearly see what makes a group of people successful or unsuccessful. The reasons have little to do with “institutional” other than the negative impact the welfare state has had on black people in America.

Housing segregation is not a policy. It is an institutional problem, which is still pervasive in housing institutions (lenders, real estate firms, housing markets).
Do you think past policies do not carry long-lasting effects?

What exactly would you like a “fact, source, book” for? The fact that kids born into a strong family structure outperform kids born into a weak family structure? Please explain what you would like a source for because I’d be happy to provide it.

Clearly you have not read all of the books and journal articles on housing segregation.
Which fact do you want? The fact that a black family earning 100k within the household, who has been able to escape their impoverished minority community is shifted and integrated into white communities where average household earning is 35k?
Why is this trend not common for White families earning six figure household incomes who typically live together in same communities?
Why is there a lack of diverse racial housing communities, despite the U.S. being one of the most diverse countries in the world?
Anything to do with housing segregation??? Hmmm.

Do you think these family conditions carry any relationship to access to quality, affordable housing, and the housing context in general? Any connection between black children living in poverty and access to quality schools? Again, how are public schools funded at the state level? (I'll give you a hint... It's tied to housing).
