Honest answer. It has been reported in legitimate media that NC will not officially report their tally till 12 November. NC has the power to obviously report  a Trump victory before 12 November.

Let me help you out BuckFalls. My shoes that need to be tied are always tied. Not to mention they are always in a high state of shine and readiness! To include my golf and bowling shoes! I would even pass one of your meticulous shoe inspections! I will carry on and look for Arizona to go red and declare Trump victorious in the Grand Canyon State!
